Production time

Every item is printed or embroidered to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your parcel ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Production time and transit time are separate. The estimate at checkout covers transit only.

Transit time

Once shipped, typical delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States. International delivery varies more widely depending on destination and customs.

Busy periods — holidays especially — add time at both stages. Carrier delays and weather are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and what's in the cart. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing scans after you receive the number — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

International orders, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We can't calculate these in advance or mark parcels as gifts.

Wrong addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us for a bad address can be reshipped, but reshipping costs may apply.
