Agreement

By using terpy.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is mispriced, where we suspect fraud, or where we can't fulfil it. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

Items are made to order. See our Refund Policy for what that means for returns.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We try hard to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but we don't warrant that everything on the site is error-free. Where a clear error occurs, we'll contact you before charging or shipping.

Product appearance

Product images are representative. Screen calibration varies, and garment colour, print placement, and fit have normal manufacturing tolerances.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, and images on this site belong to Terpy unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the design.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, transmit malware, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or infringe anyone's rights.

Product information is not advice

Content on this site — including anything we publish about molecules, chemistry, or scents — is provided for general interest and education. It is not medical, health, or safety advice, and nothing here should be read as a claim that any product treats, prevents, or affects any condition.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terpy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
